Birthday Cake Flavor

Step 1: choose cream

Freshcream(chiffon base + fresh cream)

📍milky,less sweet, more baby/kids friendly

📍Must keep inside fridge, can last for about 1hr in cold aircon room.

**not recommand for outdoor**


Buttercream(buttercake base + Swiss buttercream)

📍a bit sweet compare with freshcream, more rich and buttery

📍Need display more than 1 hr under aircon

📍Default is light chiffon base, can change to butter base

****best consume when cake and cream completely soft****


Step 2: choose your flavor

---------Light taste--------------

1. Original Vanilla (Vanilla base + original cream)

2. Vanilla lemon (Lemon base + lemon cream)(can choose with/without sweet and sour lemon sauce)

3. Strawberry short cake (Vanilla base + fresh strawberry)

4. Blueberry cake (Vanilla base + fresh blue berry)

5. Mango cake (Vanilla base + fresh mango)

6. Mix fruits (strawberry + blueberry +mango)

7. Earl grey (Earl Grey base + Vanilla Cream + Earl Grey tea sauce)

8. Strawberry Earl grey (Earl Grey base + Vanilla Cream + Earl Grey tea sauce+ Fresh strawberry)

9. Light Chocolate (Chocolate base + Vanilla cream+ Crisp chocolate pearl)

10. Double Chocolate (Chocolate base + chocoalte cream + Crisp chocolate pearl)

11. Salted caramel chocolate (Chocolate base + vanilla cream + salted caramel sauce+ Crisp chocolate pearl+Biscoff Biscuits)

12. Chocolate + Oreo cream(Chocolate base + vanilla oreo cream + oreo biscuit + Crisp chocolate pearl)


1️⃣先选奶油

️️鲜奶油freshcream

📌默认戚风胚+动物鲜奶油(特点:蛋糕轻盈,少甜,奶味浓)。

📌蛋糕包面️默认搭配容易造型的奶油霜。

庆祝地点有冰箱,空调房最好状态可以坚持30分钟,比较容易融化,不可户外。

奶油霜 buttercream

📌瑞士奶油霜:黄油+蛋白制作, 较甜,适合小片食用

📌蛋糕胚:默认少糖戚风胚【换成较扎实的磅蛋糕胚(偏甜)】

适合需带出门庆祝,需长时间摆放拍照/野餐/户外,空调房最好状态可以坚持2-3个小时,户外1个小时,

***放置完全软才好吃***


2️⃣选蛋糕味道

--------清淡口味------------------

1. 原味香草(香草胚+香草奶油)

2. 香草柠檬(香草柠檬胚+柠檬奶油+酸甜柠檬酱(不喜酸可以不加))

3. 香草+混合新鲜水果(香草胚+草莓/蓝莓/芒果,可任选搭配水果混合)。

4. 伯爵奶茶(伯爵奶茶胚+香草奶油+伯爵奶茶酱)

5. 伯爵奶茶+草莓(伯爵奶茶胚+香草奶油+伯爵奶茶酱+新鲜草莓)


---------巧克力----------------

6. 香草巧克力(巧克力胚+香草奶油+巧克力脆珠)

7. 双重巧克力(巧克力胚+巧克力奶油+巧克力脆珠)

8. 海盐焦糖巧克力(巧克力胚+香草奶油+海盐焦糖酱+巧克力脆珠+焦糖饼干碎)

9. 巧克力奥利奥(巧克力胚+奥利奥奶油+奥利奥碎+巧克力脆珠)


Bakeryin的鲜奶油蛋糕:

无添加戚风胚,夹心纯动物鲜奶油,不会用任何人植物奶油。

造型蛋糕外面包不易融化奶油霜(含蛋白和黄油,如果有对蛋白过敏的宝宝,请告知)

️如果选夹心水果蛋糕,尽量提前3天预定,店主需要时间亲自采购新鲜水果。

️如果需要给小宝宝或者老人制作,减糖请提前告知,正常口味的话,不建议减糖,减糖蛋糕口感会稍微干一些。
