1. Balloons filled with pure helium gas, crystal balloon floating time about one week, 12in balloon floating time about 8-12 hours.
2. For the best condition, suggested collect/delivery 1-2 hour before party start.
3. All latex balloons are import from USA
4. All theme bouquet are import from USA with license
5. Upon collection/delivery, customer have to handle carefully balloons, do not put in the Hot place, do not touch water/rain, do not point Sharpe object, do not hitting or squeezing.
a. We will not be responsible for any damage or injury caused directly or indirectly by our supplied balloons, parent should take precaution and never left their young ones unattended with the balloon.
b. We will not be responsible for customers balloons/cakes/desserts/other items once it is collected and checked to be in good condition
c. All Orders cancellations within 14 days will incur a 50% charge, less than 7 days 100% charge.
d. A $30 administrative fee will be imposed should there be a need to process the refund upon customer's withdrawal of the event booking once prepayment has been made.
e. Surcharge $30 will be applied if delivery address/date/time changed subjected to our delivery time-slot availability.
f. For delivery, please allow one hour interval due to traffic conditions.
